In one sentence
If you need one sentence, use this one:
Stenwick is a done-for-you AI visibility service. It checks what ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google’s AI say when customers ask about a business, fixes why the business is missing or described wrongly, and re-checks every month.
The short version: Done-for-you AI visibility for small and mid-sized businesses.
What Stenwick does
When a buyer asks an AI assistant who to use, the answer names a few businesses and describes them. Stenwick works to make sure that answer can find, name and correctly describe its clients.
It asks AI assistants the questions a client’s customers ask, records the answers word for word with the date, and finds out why the client is missing or described wrongly. It then fixes the causes where the AI reads them, and asks the same questions again every month so the client can see what changed.
AI does most of the work: running the questions, monitoring and drafting. A person checks everything before it reaches the client, and the client approves anything published under their name. Stenwick says this openly, and it is why the service costs less than a traditional agency.
Who it is for
Small and mid-sized businesses that buyers research before they get in touch, where one new customer is worth a lot. Stenwick starts with B2B software and technology companies. Professional-service firms come next: law firms, accountancy practices, dental practices, aesthetics clinics and estate agents. It works in English-speaking markets, UK first.
Web design agencies and freelancers can refer clients or offer the service under their own name.
What a client gets
- A baseline: the questions their customers ask, put to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google’s AI answers, with dated screenshots and the answers word for word.
- Fixes at the source: facts on their own website, structured data, business profiles and listings, and pages for questions customers ask that the site does not yet answer.
- Accurate, sourced articles and pages, drafted each month for the client’s approval.
- A monthly evidence report: the same questions asked again, with the answers before and after.
What Stenwick does not do
Stenwick does not promise that any AI assistant will name, recommend or rank a client. Nobody controls that. It does not manage advertising, build websites, run social media, buy links or write fake reviews.
How it is priced
Stenwick does not publish prices. Clients pay a fixed monthly fee, quoted after a free check. After an initial period, clients can leave on notice. A limited number of founding clients pay a founding rate in return for feedback and a case study.
The free check puts 12 questions a buyer would ask to 4 AI assistants. A person reads every answer, and the business receives the screenshots within one working day. It needs no card and no sales call.
Who runs it
Stenwick was founded by Heski Strassman, a B2B SaaS marketer by background, which is why software companies come first. He checks the work before it reaches clients.
Examples and evidence
The example report on this site is for a fictional business and is labelled as an example, as are the company names in it. Any AI answer Stenwick shows carries the question, the assistant and the date, or is labelled as an example. Client results are published only with the client’s permission.
Name and terms
The name is Stenwick: one word, with a capital S and the rest in lower case. Please do not write it as “StenWick”, “Stenwick AI” or “Stenwicks”.
Stenwick uses “AI visibility” as its plain term for the work. The same work is also called generative engine optimisation (GEO) or answer engine optimisation (AEO).
